DO YOU HAVE A WARRANTY?
Many of our Hand Tools are Imported from China, Taiwan or India and they have No Warranty. Some Imported Power Tools or Electric Tools have a Limited Time Warranty (once the tool is turned on or used for the first time the warranty is over). All USA Products, Power Tools or Electric Tools have a Limited Time Warranty specified on the product description.
For defective tools, there is a 10 day return policy other than the brand names,
ie., Skil, Milwaukee, Ryobi, Ridgid, etc., which are covered under their perspective
manufacturing company. Please see our “Return Policy” should you need
to do so. Please e-mail us for a return authorization number prior to sending any
product back to us. Never send a package to the manufacturer, unless we tell
you to do so.
Please write the reason for your return on the back of your packing
slip (or if unavailable another piece of paper, be sure to include your name
and contact information). Enclose the slip in the carton, wrap the package securely,
and send it to the address listed on the "Contact Us" page. Please note that we can refund shipping
costs only if the return is a result of our error.
DO YOU HAVE LARGE QUANTITY DISCOUNTS?
We do offer quantity discounts. Please contact us via e-mail with your request
and we will get back with you with a quote for cost and shipping.
WHAT SHIPPING METHODS DO YOU USE?
We use UPS & DHL for items that go up to their weight limit. All other items
are shipped via truck.
WHERE CAN I GET A TOOL REPAIRED I PURCHASED FROM YOUR WEBSITE?
On brand names contact the manufacturer’s service center nearest you. On all
other tools, please consult your yellow pages for the nearest tool repair shop,
but since our prices are so low, more often than not, it would be cheaper to
replace the tool with a new one from our site than repair the old one.
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER ONLINE?
Ordering from Front Range Tool Warehouse is fast and secure. Just follow these simple
steps to place your order. To add a item to your shopping cart, click the button
provided for that item. On this page you can calculate the shipping charges
to your shipping zip code or choose to click on the ‘Checkout’ button to go
to Checkout. If you are not already a Front Range Tool Warehouse customer, you will
be guided to customer information form. Just fill out the form, including your billing
and shipping addresses. If you are a returning Front Range Tool Warehouse customer
log in with your customer ID and password you established, then click on "Log In". Continue
through the next few screens, provide your payment method through PayPal, as that is the only method of payment that is accepted and you do not have to belong to PayPal, and you can pay by credit card, from your account or e-check, then you're finished! Front Range Tool Warehouse will send you an order confirmation via e-mail.
An account is automatically created for you once you place your first order
so you won't have to enter all the information again when you order next, just
HOW DO I UPDATE OR DELETE ITEMS IN THE SHOPPING CART, AND HOW DO I CHECKOUT?
Changing Item Quantities If you wish to buy multiple quantities of an item
you have placed in your Shopping Cart, change the number in the "Qty" box. Be
sure to click the "Update" button to confirm any changes. Deleting Items from
Your Cart If you wish to delete an item in your Shopping Cart, just click the
"Remove" button and the "Update" button to confirm the change. Checkout When
you have completed your shopping you are ready to go to "Checkout". If you have
not signed in yet, just go to the bottom of the “Billing Information” page to
do so". (If you are a repeat customer and have already logged on you will not
be directed to the "Billing Information" page, so long as you have signed in.)
If you are a new customer you will be directed to fill in the information on
the "Billing Information" page, if you are a repeat customer you can go to the
bottom of this page and log in. After you have filled out the information you
will be directed to the "Shipping Information" page. You will then be directed
to the "Review Order" screen. You will then be directed to the PayPal secure
YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE A MEMBER OF PAYPAL TO MAKE YOUR PAYMENT.
If you are a member of PayPal, log in and follow the instructions. If you are
not a member, click on “Not a member” and follow the instructions. When you
have completed the payment process click on “Return to Previous” and you will
be forwarded back to our home page.
WHAT IF I FORGOT MY ACCOUNT INFORMATION (LOG IN ID AND PASSWORD)?
When you log in click on the "Forgot your password" button and it will be sent to your immediately provided you have given a valid e-mail address.
HOW CAN I CHECK ON MY ORDER? TRACK THE PACKAGE?
Click on the View Your Orders button on the right column of each page.
Log on with your User ID and password. The screen will show you all your orders
and the status of each. If your order was shipped with a carrier that provides
tracking numbers (i.e. FedEx, UPS, DHL etc.), the tracking number will be displayed.
You can then go the carrier’s site to track your package on-line or use our link to
Track Your Shipment(s).
CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN SUBMITTED?
You can usually cancel an order within an hour of order placement during normal
business hours. Beyond that timeframe, it is very difficult for us to cancel
orders due to the rapid transfer of orders in our supply chain. The exception
to this rule is that we are able to cancel orders that have been backordered.

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS?
Front Range Tool Warehouse.com is not responsible for typographical errors in pricing
or specifications. In the event that there is a typographical error in the pricing
of a product you have ordered, we will contact you within 1 business day of
your order via e-mail. Occasionally products are discontinued by manufacturers
with little or no notice. In the event that there is an order for only the discontinued
item, we will cancel the order. If there is an order that contains additional
products, we will contact the customer with options of canceling the one item
or the entire order. We strive to make sure errors such as these do not occur;
however from time to time they may happen. If you would like to be sure on a
price or specification, please e-mail our customer service department. There
are some items which are generally drop shipped due to size or weight. If the
item you are interested in is too large to ship via UPS, it is likely it will
shipped directly from the manufacturer.
WHAT HAPPENS IF AN ITEM IS ON BACKORDER?
If an item is on backorder, we will attempt to contact you as soon as we know
about it. You have the option of canceling the order at that time, or waiting
until the backorder is filled to receive your product. Some manufacturers don't
inform us of backorders, so we attempt to stay on top of all the orders as best
as we can. However, due to the large volume of orders we've been receiving lately,
it is becoming ever increasingly difficult to stay on top of those. We are continuing
to develop new technology integrated into our website to help address these
